How long until my order ships?
Orders are dispatched within 2-8 business days of being placed.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship via DHL, FedEx, Yun Express, or 4PX Express. Depending on your location, your package may be handed off to USPS or your local national carrier for final delivery.

My order hasn't arrived. What do I do?
Email us at support@dopamineclubco.com with your order number from your confirmation email and we'll track it down for you. You can also reach us via the live chat bubble in the bottom right corner of the site during business hours.
Will I be charged customs fees or taxes?
We label every package with the required customs documentation to help things move smoothly. That said, import duties, taxes, and VAT are set by your country's customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility. EU customers in particular may be charged VAT upon delivery under current EU customs regulations. Check your local tax authority's website for guidance on applicable fees.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is available at checkout on select items, provided by BST. It covers loss, theft, or damage in transit. To file a claim, contact us at support@dopamineclubco.com with your order details. Note: shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has dispatched.
