RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Cancellations & Order Changes
Need to make a change? You have 24 hours from the time of your order to request a cancellation or modification. After that window, production has already begun and we're unable to make adjustments. Contact us at support@dopamineclubco.com as soon as possible.
Size Exchanges
We offer one free size exchange per customer. If the size isn't right, reach out within 14 days of your delivery confirmation and we'll take care of it.
How it works:
- Email support@dopamineclubco.com with your order number and the size you need
- We'll send return instructions once your request is approved
- Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll send out your new size with tracking
A few things to note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. Upgraded shipping fees from the original order are also non-refundable. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Once we approve your return and receive the item in its original condition, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind every item we ship. If something arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@dopamineclubco.com right away with a photo of the issue. Once confirmed, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you -- no return required in most cases.
Note: Damage resulting from improper care (e.g., ignoring care label instructions) is not covered.
Wrong Item Received
Our mistake, our fix. If you received the wrong size or design, contact us at support@dopamineclubco.com and we'll arrange a replacement shipment at zero cost to you.
Shipping Delays
International shipping occasionally experiences delays outside of our control. We're unable to speed up shipments once they're in transit, and we appreciate your patience.
Refunds are not issued for orders still in transit. If an investigation confirms your package was lost, we will ship a replacement at no charge.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email support@dopamineclubco.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items back without prior approval -- unapproved returns cannot be accepted.
Eligibility checklist:
- Initiated within 14 days of delivery confirmation
- Item is unworn, unused, free of animal hair, and in original packaging
- Return shipment postmarked within 14 days of delivery confirmation
